Before The Anxiety Tool, I spent years struggling and searching for a miracle cure. And while many of the remedies I found worked to lessen my anxiety -- they were eventually incomplete. Throughout those years I suffered silently; feeling isolated from the world around me.
In public I would put on a happy face, while inside I was anxious, uncertain and overwhelmed. It was exhausting and often led to avoiding people and situations whenever possible. I was missing out on life.
Life now is much different. Today I'm able to face life head-on with calm, courage and confidence.

As a society we're obsessed with quick-fixes. In fact, we're trained to worship them.
So many self-help or health products are marketed with promises of immediate results. You'll see, 5 steps to happiness or 30-minutes to a stress-free life.
Consider the diet industry. It's full of quick-fix promises such as miracle diet pills and simple shakes -- promising fast weight loss with very little commitment, discipline or effort required.
The problem is... I've never seen one of these promises work long term. Have you?

Personality & Relationships - living by core values, lifestyle choices, personal preferences and healthy relationships
Emotions or spirituality - a sense of positivity or faith in something bigger and how we relate more deeply to who we are
Stress and anxiety not only cause disturbances in the mind but in the entire body... stress overtime creates inflammation and almost all disease and illness can be traced back to inflammation.
